HOW DO I EARN CREDIT REWARDS?

It’s super easy! Apply your promo code at checkout and you’ll start earning credit rewards to use on future rentals. Please note that credit rewards cannot be earned from items on promotion.

 

HOW ARE CREDIT REWARDS CALCULATED?

Credit rewards are calculated on value of the hired equipment before protection, delivery and vat and will be credited to your account upon safe return of the equipment by the agreed date and time. For example, if the hired equipment costs €100 and the current promotion is 10% Credit Rewards, on return of the equipment your account will be credited with €10 to use on future rentals.

 

HOW CAN I USE MY CREDIT REWARDS?

Credit rewards may be used on your next rental and credits redeemed shall not exceed 50% of the item/s hired. Simply use promo code ‘REDEEM’ at checkout to redeem your previous credit rewards.

 

IS THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON USING MY CREDIT REWARDS?

Credit rewards cannot be redeemed on promotions, red camera and its accessories, movi, steadicam, camera crane, crew, protection plan, delivery or vat and are valid for a period of 6 months from your last credit rewards earned. Credit rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
